Depending on your destination our shipping times vary between 1-3 days. We ship from Germany so domestic / german shipments are typically fastest. 1-2 days under normal circumstances. For the EU and Austria we typically ship between 2-3 days. For Switzerland make sure to take into account that customs will extend our shipping times. Typically this can take 3-7 days.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you can't locate it, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Usually in this case we won't be able to offer assistance though and suggest contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a missing package claim.
